To all complainers ... The shop assistants are always anxious to make the customer as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, you have a lot of stress in this job (even if you can't believe it!) And things don't always go according to plan. If it takes too long for one or the other, you should probably ask yourself why that is. Has someone dropped out spontaneously due to illness? Does one colleague have to do some bureau work? Is the other having an intensive conversation with the customer? Does a new employee have to be trained? Does the dishes wash itself? Are there any technical problems? Should dough pieces be put on so that, e.g. pretzels, do not run out? .... A lot is done in the branches themselves and doesn't even bake by itself. The location is good, close to the train station, so it can be assumed that there can be more going on. Especially at lunchtime. The staff is trained on an ongoing basis. What the seller makes of it is up to him / her. And now please think about what it means to work in a café or restaurant during Corona, if our government allows it again. The salespeople get off the bad mood of the customers and are sometimes badly offended and still remain friendly. Sure, at some point it gets too much for the saleswoman if she has already been pampered by the 10th customer. But you don't notice that. It's easier to list the bad things than the good ones. The bad ones stick around longer. ;) Everyone spends huge amounts of money in these times to meet the hygiene standards, for the evidence to the health department (name, etc., which you unfortunately have to state) how much disinfectant was used so that the customer feels safe. Regardless of the area in which you work with people, it is always a bit stressful. You should treat these people with the respect with which you want to be treated. Finally: I like working at the Wanner bakery in the Flugfeld! The team is like family to me, the branch like a home, we stick together and try to make the best of everything. If someone feels trodden on, I'm sorry. We all had to, and still have to, learn how to best manage it all. Unfortunately, it can get a bit louder from time to time (the background noise is sometimes really extreme due to ovens, bread slicers, or too many conversations in the sales room), especially if guidelines are not followed. Such as keeping a distance of 1.5 meters, wearing mouth-nose protection over your nose (!), Limited number of people ... Or, when the café is open, registering and assigning a seat! Our bosses really try to make everything as pleasant as possible. For the most part, it is simply the implementation of the people who cause great stress and chaos ... Think of each other, work together. Thank you for reading! :)
Nice staff with very good advice on which bread suits their preferences.
A star because of absolute unfriendliness and arrogant behavior during the Corona period. Customer friendliness looks different. Some service providers need not be surprised if they cannot adapt to bankruptcy.
Very nice location and nice staff.
At the moment I can only strongly advise against getting bread there. Bad air due to coffee parties and laptop nomads without a face mask with almost 10,000 corona infections per day. The concept of having walk-in customers wait through the guest tables next to the passage to the toilet and dishes to be returned does not work. Here there is a crowd instead of distance with many people without face masks.
Great cafe and bakery. We recommend.
Great baker with good salads and rolls. Unfortunately, it has also happened that at 1 p.m. there was no salad left - that's a bit annoying ...
Great bakery. Good choice. Junior loves the pretzels there.
I had a severe headache and we wanted to sit down and have a coffee. Since there was a long line in the shop, my husband wanted to sit down with our little son until I had ordered. An employee came up to him immediately and told him he could not sit down, he first had to register as a guest. When he explained that I was already in line to do this, he had to get up anyway. We left the cafe, because that's where the joy of drinking coffee simply ends. We had previously enjoyed the automatic barista machine in the Mercaden, where a robot prepares the coffee, but maybe this is the better option if you are not even allowed to sit down with a toddler two minutes in advance.
Nice saleswoman, nice atmosphere and not too expensive.
Impossible rude! This was our first time here and we got in line at the take away line by mistake, but we didn't notice. Incidentally, it was full and we could have queued at the dine in accordance with the Corona rules or not. Because it was raining heavily outside, we sat down briefly at a table. Then we were yelled at that we couldn't just sit down and that the coffee would actually cost more. Even after we had apologized, we were asked again. We're definitely not coming any more and I will advise anyone against buying even a coffee here.
I wanted to use the toilet before the planned consumption. Despite asking the staff, I did not receive a toilet code without shopping I was very upset because I didn't want to take my food to the toilet with me. Very unfriendly staff! In the future I will avoid the branch.
Modern rooms, lively outside area. Very good baked goods.
Nice
very good bakery with a good assortment and good breakfast. The location of the bakery and cafe is of course great, since there is heavy pedestrian traffic!
Nice staff, customer-friendly registration for dinner on site, gladly again!
I generally like to go to the Wanner bakery because my family and I love the baked goods. But what I find really annoying is the long wait in line. While the queue is getting longer and longer, the salesperson keeps small talk with the customers. In the meantime, the second seller is passing the time elsewhere. It often happened that I came to the bakery and had no customer in front of me, but the shop assistants still didn't respond to me because they were busy with other things. In my opinion, this is disrespectful to the customers who are waiting. I often feel that I am not noticed as a customer.
Good. A little more choice of cakes would be nice. Clean free toilets. For coffee you can have cinnamon on the table Mix cocoa, vanilla sugar and nutmeg. Different types of sugar. When it gets warmer you can sit outside. Newspaper blankets are also there. Friendly service.
Friendly staff. Great location. Boing 737 pieces on site for flight simulation. Get great flight simulation. Great gift
Rich breakfast, balanced mix of sweet and savory.
The baker is good, the problem is that the police are ruthless. After I had chewed a coffee and wanted to sit down outside came after a short time civilian police and wanted to control me! You can not even drink coffee without being disturbed at the airfield Böblingen. So you better stay inside there you are safe. ^^
Stressful, loud. The employees are a bit stressed too, but only if it's full. Food is good.
Friendly staff, good breakfast choice and good coffee. Nice place to enjoy cake as well.
Good caffe
Friendly, delicious baked goods, great cappuccino
Nice place for coffee and breakfast. Don't sit close to the door when it's cold outside.
